Yes, the Cat 4/5 Hurricane that devastated the Island of Puerto Rico. During the entire process Sebastian went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure our property was prepared for the storm and he did his best to check in with us after the storm had passed. He even went further by letting us keep our stuff there after we decided to leave the island for a few weeks (we were in the process of moving there).
